I designed enterprise solutions for 20+ clients in healthcare, finance and media leveraging Salesforce. I know you probably don't come across this every day, so here's my shameless plug for why your design team needs a former Salesforce design consultant!
I had the opportunity to sharpen my design craft by working on lots of solutions - from patient portals to small business loan generators, hospital management systems to customer service hubs, and much more. I conducted robust discovery research, led design workshops, documented end-to-end solutions, and designed custom Salesforce features to bring everything to life.
High-touch medical exam processing workflows
I focused heavily on journey maps, storyboards and wireflows to ensure we developed comprehensive collaboration between 6 internal and external teams. I also dove into the pixels on guided workflows and custom UI components for these data-rich exams.
Data-heavy patient records for multiple editors
I created a completely custom record page UI that balanced the volume of data we needed while adhering to the Salesforce Lightning Design System. Process maps, card sorts and lots of interaction design were the focus of this project.
Smart personal loan applications
I combined native UI elements in fresh new ways to create a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing workflow for generating personal loans. Balancing auto-generated suggestions and manual input were key to our decision-making.
I was the 6th employee at a now-tech unicorn startup. I had the privilege of helping to lovingly grow an enterprise product from the ground up and define a collaborative design culture as the first product designer.
I was on the cross-functional team that introduced in-app reporting to Salsify, and led design for growth tools like an enhanced free trial, ROI calculator, retailer search and sales-focused dashboard. User research and close collaboration with product and engineering were critical for MVP launches, while designing experiments and monitoring engagement in Google Analytics, Mixpanel and FullStory drove ongoing iteration and enhancement.
